VANDERBURGH CO., Ind. (WFIE) - Chief Deputy of the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office, Noah Robinson, has announced his 2022 candidacy for sheriff.
Robinson is a 22-year law enforcement veteran.
He was introduced at an outdoor, drive-in style event outside the Vanderburgh County 4-H Center Auditorium on Wednesday evening to announce his run.
Robinson was surrounded at the event by several county leaders.
I feel the time is right for me to make my campaign to be that next sheriff,” Robinson said. “I think I have the necessary support, and the ideas and drive to make that happen. I think I would be a worthy successor to Sheriff Dave Wedding to take us to the next level in terms of where we’re heading.”
