Ingredients:1 lb. pound chicken(cooked)1 batch red pepper hummus, recipe below8 slices of tomato8 slices of cucumber1 small red onion sliced thin2 cups mixed greens6 ounces feta cheese1/2 cup vinaigrette dressing4 pita flat breadsDirections:Spread hummus over one side of the pita bread. On 1/2 of the pita layer the greens, dressing, chicken, tomato, cucumber, onion and cheese. Drizzle with a hint vinaigrette. Serve tied with string or wrapped in paper.
