Instead, it sells directly from the factory through its Genesis At Home concierge service, where shoppers can have everything from a test-drive vehicle, to the paperwork and the car they bought, brought directly to them. The Canadian-style concierge service was later adopted in the U.S. The Chevy MyWay program is real-time, and originates from a studio where cars and trucks are parked inside. A real person shows the car and answers questions, and uses a hand-held camera to show whatever part of the vehicle the customer wants to see. The customer can see and speak to the GM rep, or ask questions in a chat box. The representatives can hear customers, but not see them. Tours can be done right away if a rep is available, or booked ahead of time.
