Chelsea's welcome sign to return after being replaced by a religious message

For several weeks, travelers on River Road in Chelsea have been greeted by a 'Jesus Saves' sign where the town's 'Welcome to Chelsea' sign had stood for years; the sign is scheduled to be replaced Friday.
