The neighbourhood can boast about yet another gastronomic notch in its belt with the arrival of Chef Lee, a new restaurant serving
shengjian bao — a Shanghai fried dumpling specialty that’s filled with either minced pork or shrimp and gelatin that turns to broth when cooked — and open-faced buns stuffed with pork belly, fried chicken or mushroom steak.
