Charlottetown Festival festival returns after 3-year hiatus

Following a three-year hiatus, the Charlottetown Festival has returned to P.E.I. The event will include performances of "Anne of Green Gables The Musical" and a new on-stage musical comedy starring singer-songwriter Alan Doyle.
