Charles Wesley Cutsinger passed away on January 1, 2021 at Ridgecrest Regional hospital from congestive heart failure. Chuck, as he was referred to by his friends, was born in 1934 to Roy and Faith Cutsinger. He grew up in McPherson, Kansas.In 1955 he enlisted the US Navy serving for 8 years and achieving the rank of Chief Petty Officer. While stationed in Long Beach, he met and married his first wife, Alice Tew and adopted her two children, Alton and Linda. In 1963 he began his civil service
