Chaka Khan, Jimmie Walker and so much more: The Umoja fest in Portsmouth is back and celebrating its 30th anniversary

The 30th annual Umoja Festival returns to Portsmouth over the Memorial Day weekend. For three days, residents and visitors can celebrate African-American culture and the local community, and enjoy live entertainment, arts and crafts, and food.
