Century Properties: SEC keen on approving share offer : comp

CENTURY Properties Group Inc. (CPG) on Friday said the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) was 'favorably considering' its application for primary offering of up to 50 billion preferred shares, inclusive of oversubscription.
