Justen Orford. Townsville detectives arrested Justen Orford, 47, who was a principal at a Catholic school in the Mundingburra area. Mr Orford, from Kirwan, was charged with a range of child exploitation offences. He was appointed as the principal in 2018, but has since been stood down. There is currently an acting principal at the school.
