Troopers said Eric Ruggles, of Cassville, was riding his 2020 Polaris Ranger when it struck a mailbox and a culvert at about 7:30 p.m. Monday near 1011 Hardscrabble Road. Troopers said the UTV overturned into a ditch and was found on its driver's side facing north, off the east shoulder of the roadway.
