Carson City Supervisors to discuss Black Stone Ranch, other

The next Carson City Board of Supervisors meeting is expected to take place on Thursday, Aug. 17, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Robert ‘Bob’ Crowell Board Room in the Carson City Community Center, located at 851 E.
