A 19-year-old Carson City woman was arrested early Wednesday morning in the 1200 block of Crain Street on misdemeanor warrants of marijuana and paraphernalia possession. According to the arrest report, a Carson City Sheriff's Office deputy was alerted by dispatch that the woman was at her boyfriend's home on Crain Street.
