The May general election ended Saturday with elections being held for the city of Graham, city of Olney, Olney ISD and city of Newcastle, which had candidates other than the incumbents file to run in Young County. Early voting was held April 19-23 at three locations throughout Young County. Early voting had a low turnout with 383 voters casting their vote out of 7,650 registered voters in the county, or a 5% turnout for early voting. The unofficial results from the Young County Election office stated 822 voters out of the 7,650 registered voters turned out overall, or a 10% overall election turnout. City of Graham
