On Wednesday, Sept. 13, the United States Harness Writers Association (USHWA), in conjunction with the Harness Racing Hall of Fame, announced the election of trainer Jim Campbell and owner/breeder David McDuffee to the greatest honour in the industry, membership in the Living Hall of Fame in Goshen, N.Y.
