Calm restored in S. Sudan's northern state amid displacement

JUBA, Dec. 13 (Xinhua) -- South Sudan's army said on Tuesday that it has restored calm to the northern state of Upper Nile following the recent displacements of thousands of civilians due to intermittent communal violence.
