Andrew Cuomo's impeachment on Wednesday continued, as Queens Democratic Assemblywoman Jessica González-Rojas called for his removal as new reported details emerge of sexual harassment complaints made against him. "I’ve had enough," González-Rojas wrote on Twitter last night in response. "Cuomo must be impeached." The mounting allegations facing the governor is also leading some lawmakers to find a different solution, including having him step aside while an investigation is conducted. Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul should serve as acting governor until Attorney General Letitia James's investigation into allegations of sexual harassment leveled against Cuomo is concluded, Democratic Assemblyman John McDonald on Wednesday evening said.
