Calley will co-lead the organization as president, and he will be in charge of its communications and lobbying teams. That's according to current president and CEO Rob Fowler, who will remain as the organization's CEO. "With his policy background, his natural inclination to small business, and his proven support and vision, we just felt it was the perfect match," said Fowler. Fowler said as state representative and lieutenant governor, Calley helped craft key changes in business taxes that helped small businesses.
