Former members of mayor Andy Preston's administration have called for a formal investigation into the mayor's conduct after his refusal to quit.
The group - including deputy mayor Antony High - also made a series of allegations about the mayor's “persistent poor conduct and misbehaviour”, including accusations of financial mismanagement and attempts to disrupt the council's democratic process.
