California man draws prison for sexual contact with Franconi

Ehven Jacob Dela-Cruz Galang, 21, of California, who met a 14-year-old Franconia Township girl online and traveled to the township to have sexual contact with the girl at her home was sent to prison after he pleaded guilty to sexual assault-related charges.
