Butte County supervisors pen letter opposing state bill

The Butte County Board of Supervisors came to a unanimous agreement Tuesday to pen a letter to Assembly Member Tasha Boerner, of California's 77th District, opposing Assembly Bill 399 over concerns of contradicting processes.
