Businesses can now settle disputes using digital platform

MEMBERS of the business community with differences to settle now have the option of doing so through a digital platform, removing the need to go through the courts and saving time and money in the process.
This is being done through the Jamaica International Arbitration Centre Limited's (JAIAC)
I-Neutral Jamaica platform, said to be the first and only online dispute resolution platform in the Western Hemisphere.
