It's meant to restore architect George Cary's original vision and add new amenities such as bathrooms and a new HVAC system. "The door on that level of the museum leads right out to Delaware Park, like right out to the cherry blossoms and the Japanese Garden," Cheyenne Ketter-Franklin of the Buffalo History Museum said. "And I think it's going to mean a lot to have that door open to the public in the summer and in the warmer months."
