Leonard 'Lenny' Kaplan, a popular figure in Baltimore's rest

Leonard “Lenny” Kaplan, a popular figure in Baltimore’s restaurant scene for decades who had owned The Owl Bar and the Polo Grill, died Saturday at his home at The Colonnade in North Baltimore. He was 85.
