Brown rips Port of Montreal for 'pushback' against installin

“Unfortunately, the [federal] government doesn’t have the courage to force the Port of Montreal to accept [shipping container scanners],” said Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown. “They’ve had a ton of pushback from the port.”
