Brooklyn college student's rape charge dropped in plea deal

Anthony Pennachio, a 19-year-old student at Mount Saint Mary College, pleaded guilty in Newburgh City Court to a lesser charge of third-degree sexual abuse, and was sentenced to 80 hours of community service.
