Bronx residents sue their landlord for harassment and repair

Residents of 1349 Stratford Ave. have filed a lawsuit in Bronx Housing Court alleging the building’s owner, Patbru Realty, has not fixed leaks, sloped floors, removed lead paint and mold or got rid of mice and cockroach infestations.
