BRIGHTON — After another round of extensive public comments, the Brighton City Council Tuesday gave final approval to a <a href="https://bizwest.com/2023/09/06/brighton-city-council-paves-way-for-amprius-battery-plant/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>rezoning of the former Kmart/Sears distribution center</strong></a>, paving the way for the project to lure a<a href="https://bizwest.com/2023/03/07/amprius-technologies-selects-brighton-for-new-gigafactory/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong> lithium-battery manufacturing plant.</strong></a>
