The Honourable Minister of Justice/Attorney General of the Federation Abubarka Malami SAN, has approved a petition filed by Comrade Agi Bestman for a holistic Investigation against the International Oil companies in the Niger Delta Region.
IGBERE TV gathered that Investigation boarders on Land Grabbing from 1968 to 2018. MOU Implementation Report sent to NAPIMS from 2004 to 2018,CSR Implementation Report sent to NAPIMS from 2004 to 2018.
This was contained in a letter we sighted, signed by the Director Citizens Rights Department at the Federal Ministry of Justice on behalf of the Honourable Minister of Justice Attorney General of Federation, the letter was sent to Comrade Agi Bestman from Rivers State, who doubles as the petitioner and the National Coordinator.
