International Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão announced it will be opening its first location in Albuquerque this year. The restaurant specializes in cooking hand-cut meat over open flames and then carving the cooked meat tableside. In addition to meats, Fogo de Chão offers salads, seafood, desserts, cocktails and other options. According to a news release, the Albuquerque location will feature “experiential elements tested in Fogo’s Brazilian locations to the U.S. for the first time.”
