Acress Laura Linney - a star in the Netflix series "Ozark," the classic Christmas romantic comedy "Love Actually" and the psychological comedy from the 90's, "The Truman Show" - is coming to the Boulder International Film Festival in March to receive the festival's Vanguard Award.
