We first reported about customer complaints against Chris Pascale three years ago.
The Office of the Attorney General of Florida recently filed a new lawsuit against Pascale and two of his Bonita Springs flooring businesses, claiming he broke his previous agreement with the state and hurt people financially in the process.
Bonita Springs Floor Covering Inc., Bonita Springs Floor Covering & Remodeling, LLC and Christopher Pascale are all being sued under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
The attorney general’s office says Pascale violated an agreement he reached with it in 2018, where he agreed to permanently refrain from making false or misleading representations to consumers, stop taking deposits or payments from consumers and provide accurate, truthful and non-misleading estimated delivery and installation times.
