The district court formed charges against the ten accused including Tufan in February, 2020. The public prosecutor further said the tribunal today granted bail to Tufan as the case was not disposed of even after 11 months of framing charges. "I strongly oppose the bail," he added. With Tufan, all ten accused are now on bail in the case, added the lawyer.
