Blue Line slow-zone free: MBTA GM confident all lines will be restriction-free by end of year

The Blue Line has returned to full service after a two-week shutdown, and MBTA GM Phillip Eng says the transit network is on schedule to be completely rid of slow zones by the end of the year.
