Pn an intensified crackdown on the illegal sale of medical termination of pregnancy (MTP) kits (used for abortions), the Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conducted a slew of raids across the state. The FDA has registered 14 cases and arrested 11 persons for the suspected illegal sale of MTP kits, out of which two cases have been registered in Pune.
