Bill threatens profs who don't give "intellectual diversity"

One critic says a bill passed by the state Senate would mandate “a system of surveillance and political scrutiny.” In an echo of last year, state lawmakers in different parts of the country are pushing bills that would diminish tenure protections and target diversity, equity and inclusion programs.
