Paul Ashe A DRUG driver who caused a crash which left a biker with life-changing injuries has been jailed. Paul Ashe veered into oncoming traffic on the Daresbury Express and collided with two vehicles while under the influence of cocaine. He was handed two years behind bars at Chester Crown Court today, Tuesday, after being convicted of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and drug driving. The court heard that the 45-year-old, was driving his Audi A3 on the A558 at around 8.15am on Tuesday, September 5 2019 when he entered the opposite carriageway. Other motorists had to swerve to avoid his car, but he then crashed into a blue Skoda Karoq and a Yamaha 125 motorbike.
