Big Q & Company - A Look at Our OFFENSIVE LINE Position Group By BertAlert! on May 6, 2021, 12:54am EDT + POSITION GROUP - OFFENSIVE LINE: Grade (B+) I do expect this group to be considered and A by the end of next week. I believe Ballard is looking to address the LT starting job with either Fisher, Leno, or Okung. I am not diving into the difference other than mentioning that we would more than likely see Tevi starting the first 3-4 games if Fisher is chosen. Fisher will need to recover from his injury before starting. I think any of these choices would be an upgrade over Tevi. With that said the O-Line gets a B+ for having a very strong line in the other positions. Big Q is the best guard in football and everyone knows it. He is an All-Pro and Pro-Bowler. Kelly is coming off his 1st Pro-Bowl selection showing he is in the conversation for being one of the top 5 players at center. His PFF Grade is not great, but he plays better than that. Braden Smith is a very good RT grading out at 80.1 and is part of the foundation of the Colt's line. Glowinski has been the weakest part of the line, but I would not consider him a liability in any way. I would said he is a solid started, but looks worse because everyone around him is great. Castanzo is a very big loss at LT and all the questions are in regards to that position. I believe Sam Tevi could be an average starter on this line with Q next to him. I think he is a great back-up at LT ideally. I think this will be solved, but Tevi is much better than LaRaven Clark. The big positive about this position group is the depth we have now. I would argue this team has better depth than any in the past 5 years. I will cover more on that later.
