Biden EO Allows EU and US Transfers of Personal Data : compa

A new legal mechanism to allow transfers of personal data between EU and US is now advancing after October 7th, 2022 Executive Order was issued by President Biden referred to as EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework intended to replace now-defunct EU-U.S. Privacy Shield mechanism.
