Report Back to video President Joyce Roach read the opening ode and the Mary Stewart Collect. Everyone answered the roll call by revealing their secret pal for 2019-21. Sandra MacDonald read the minutes of the March 3 meeting and Janice gave the Treasurer’s report. Janice also read several thank you notes and other correspondence was noted. We then moved into the annual meeting and Betty Jean was nominated to act as secretary of this part of the meeting. Janice went over the past year’s balance sheet and noted that the membership fees and a donation to the food bank have to be sent in yet. Anyone still owing their fees should submit them. Janice also presented a proposed budget for 2021-22. The financial examiners reported that the treasurer’s books were in good shape. Islay Eby gave the PRO report and there was no activity re: Rose programs and Advocacy due to the Covid restrictions.
