AN INTREPID father-and-daughter team from Musselburgh took on a walking challenge to boost one of Benidorm’s top drag queen’s mission to help abandoned and abused horses in Spain. Iain White, a resident at the Wimpey estate, along with his seven-year-old daughter Bella, completed the Honest Toun Tartan Adventure in aid of Coco Horse Rescue, run by Colin Brown, also from Musselburgh, better known as Miss Coco Chanel, often referred to as ‘The Queen of Visual Comedy’. They walked the boundaries of Musselburgh, using all the ‘Welcome to Musselburgh’ signs as check points, totalling 10 miles and raising £1,000 for the charity.
