From Mirror staff reports HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture has listed the names of restaurants that have been closed for offering dine-in services in violation of temporary COVID-19 mitigation orders from Dec. 21 through Dec. 27. Three area restaurants are among those cited. Only one is in Blair County — Bella Italia Restaurant, 328 S. Logan Blvd., Altoona. Two eateries in Bedford County also have been cited. They are: * Mandy Jo’s Country Corral, 126 Raystown Road, Everett. * Marteen’s Family Restaurant, 2 W. Main St., Everett. The information is specific to COVID-19 mitigation requirements for restaurants, including masking of employees offering carry-out, delivery and curbside pick-up services, and reflects the temporary order prohibiting dine-in service from Dec. 12 until Jan. 4, 2021.
