Carlos Fuller, the permanent representative of Belize to the United Nations, is among the high-profile delegation from five of Taiwan's diplomatic allies that arrived in Taiwan for a series of significant meetings and events, as announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) on Monday.
