BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 24 - May 17. An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named. April 24 Tayler Turner, 18, of Montville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive. April 27 Phillip McFadden, 28, of Waldo, was issued summonses for operating after habitual offender revocation, violating a condition of release, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Poors Mill Road, stemming from an incident April 8. May 4 Donovan Canary, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Piper Stream Road.
