Belarusian Glass Company to take over management of shares of four companies MINSK, 22 February (BelTA) – Belarusian Glass Company will receive shares of four companies for free and will start managing them. The measure is stipulated by the Council of Ministers' resolution No.96 of 18 February 2021, which has been published on the national legal information website, BelTA has learned. Belarusian Glass Company will take over 15.2 million shares of OAO Belmedsteklo with the face value of Br1 each, over 1.7 billion shares of OAO Gomelglass (Br0.14 each), over 13.8 million shares of Grodno Glassworks (Br0.99 each), and over 27.8 million shares of Neman Glassworks (Br0.72 each). The State Property Committee and the Architecture and Construction Ministry will have to take the relevant measures.
