does feel much colder. that wind will continue to blow in one or two showers into the night. more cloud across northern parts of scotland but away from these areas we will have clear skies overnight. temperatures will fall away very quickly. we will have the first widespread frost of the autumn. not desperately cold but we could see temperatures as low as minus four or minus five in some rural areas. a much colder start to tomorrow. but a sunnier day to come from many of us. still the odd shower blown in a long nose sea coasts, particularly norfolk and suffolk but it won't be as windy on saturday. there will be more sunshine, dry weather around as well. after the trustee started temperatures might be a bit lower than today. only struggling to about five or six at best. things start to into the south—west of scotland and down the south—west of scotland and down the irish sea as well. other areas may well stay dry and the winds will be light but there may be a frosty start and with they were deducted ten points by the premier league for breaching financial rules. ourfootball reporter ben croucherjoins me now, ben, they take on manchester united this weekend, but it's more about what's happening off the pitch than on it. yes, absolutely. it was a week ago we heard that edinburgh everton was handled this point deduction. it is a serious breach, said the premier league, and that is why they have issued a serious punishment, but everton have called disproportional. we understand they do tend intend to appeal. one fans group called it nonsensical and the club is being made and example of. they said the fans are the ones being punished. it leaves everton 19th in fans are the ones being punished. it leaves everton19th in the premier league, two points from safety, but they are in decent form going into that international break. no team in the premier league over the last three games has picked up more points. i was speaking to michael byrne, the captain of the portsmouth team that picked up a points deduction. he thinks that the amount of time that everton have between now and the end of the season and the quality at their disposal, he thinks they will be the track, george russell went quickest in first practice. he was the only british driver to win a race last year and this could be the first season not to have a british winner since 2005. very strange season. it has been a season where we have had a lot of pace at times, but never achieve the results that i felt were deserved or were possible, so we definitely need to try to understand why that was. there's been a huge amount of missed opportunities. there are only two lancia stratos, a rare 1974 supercar, competing on the rally circuit and this weekend it's being driven by seb perez in factory. the government is expected to provide substantial additional support. the plant also supports thousands more suppliers across the uk and the project will include the construction of a gigafactory to supply batteries. all of this good news for the uk economy. i'm joined now by colin herron, who is a professor at newcastle university's school of engineering and he himself was an dublin, where 3a people were arrested after hours of rioting overnight. the rioters looted shops, set vehicles on fire and attacked police during several hours of violence in the city centre. the unrest followed a knife attack near a school in the city. in an address to the nation, the taoiseach, leo varadkar, said protesters were motivated by "hate". garda commissioner drew harris highlighted
