We understand the issue to be that a week ago, just over a week ago, the state oil company that supplies this organisation with their oil would no longer be supplying it unless it was paid up unless these bills are paid upfront to more fuel will be supplied. The organisation has struggled with this they cannot make these payments and therefore they cannot take off. We also had this confirmed from the organisation earlier, this is because of their financial challenges and this gives you an overview of what the issues are here. The reason they dont have fuel is because they have cash flow issues and enormous amounts of debt. We understand that they are trying to get banks in pakistan to lend to them and the company is about to be privatised. They might find many in the short term but either the lack of a short term plaster.
