Heres a little of what mr trump said during the call. Now, aside from the phone call with mr raffensperger, mr trump is also accused of pressuring lawmakers. Mr trumps team told them they had the power to decertify the states Electoral College results. He also allegedly coordinated a scheme to have fake members of the Electoral College cast their votes for mrtrump in georgia, rather thanjoe biden, who won the state. And, mr Trumps Campaign lawyers also reportedly worked with a data firm to copy Sensitive Data from Election Systems in a georgian county. The most serious charge violating the Racketeer Influenced And Corrupt Organizations Act is punishable by a maximum of 20 years in prison. The act is designed to help take down organised criminal syndicates like the mafia. Former President Trump denies all charges and has taken to the social media site truth social stating the Witch Hunt Continues and claiming election interference. But, as you can imagine, donald trump fairly irritated about this as we saw a moment ago on screen there from his truth social platform. And the actual charges often amount to whatever is the most effective technical way of doing this, for example, the racketeering charge, the central when they are using, has been said traditionally was used to bring down kind of large scale criminal organisations but in this case the essential thing about it is its to do with the organised nature of the way of effectively engaging in a conspiracy and an organised conspiracy, so its more the case that the law is being used in a kind of not exactly a creative way, but its a way of capturing what trump has done that isnt necessarily, the charges arent necessarily exactly what youd expect in terms of the detail that they capture the essence of what trump is done in terms of organising a conspiracy to try to bring down the election. An explosion at a Petrol Station in southern russia has killed 30 people and injured more than 100. The accident happened in the capital of dagestan, makhachkala, on the caspian sea. Footage shared online shows the aftermath of the explosion. Local Media Reports say a fire started in an area where cars were parked and then spread to the Petrol Station, sparking the explosion. And this footage was released by the russian Emergencies Ministry. Hundreds of firefighters battled to control the fire. More than 60 people have been injured. But today what we have got is this low pressure now moving toward scandinavia allowing High Pressure to build in from the atlantic so the weather is fairly settled.
