arwen may well have passed, but it has still left a legacy of cold sitting in its wake. a bitterly cold start, in actual fact, first thing this morning. in the lake district, in cumbria, we saw temperatures down to —9 . now, the cold air is right across the country as we speak, but all that is set to change through the course of the day today. you can the milder air, the yellows, waiting in
