I also believe that taking our eyes off afghanistan at that point, around 2005, 2007, didnt help the afghan course. That should have been resolved sooner rather than now. There are many people who wish to resolve the afghan problem, especially after the death of News/bin-laden'>Bin Laden And as well as the fact that alqaeda is no longer a help to contend with In Afghanistan And the international community have done quite a bit.
